We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
• We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or refusal, it may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
